摘　　要：介绍了一种用户完全自主制式的变电倒闸通用开票全盘可视化设计系统。采用电子图板式CAD技术实现对主结线、二次图形、操作票表格的绘制 ;采用链表类库技术实现对图形元件参数及操作语言的自行编辑以及存储和调用 ;采用图形驱动技术生成操作票 ;利用设备逻辑关系设置、图元状态检测和可视化改变 ,实现操作规程约束及模拟仿真 ,以防止误开操作票 ,并实现可视化拆挂地线、标示牌。The paper describes a visual and self-acting universal design system on the preparation of substation operation order. The system can draw the first & second circuit diagram and operation order label by using graphic tools CAD technology, and edit and store component parameters and operation sentences of the apparatus using object-list technology. The operation order is prepared by using graphic driving technology. The system can limit and simulate the process of execution to prevent mistake and realize hanging (or removing) ground-wire or warning-tablet, operating preventive switch etc. by locating apparatus logical relationship and checking the circuit construct unit state.
