摘　　要：结合安徽休宁县溪口 35kV开关站综合自动化系统 ,介绍基于WindowsNT平台 ,面向对象的组态软件FIX32为开发环境 ,配以美国进口SEL系列保护测控一体化装置实现变电站综合自动化的系统方案。并详细讨论了站内脉冲电度量的采集程序 ,SEL保护、EPM42 0智能仪表与FIX32系统的组态方法。In connection with a particular integrated automation system for a 35kV substation in Anhui, China, an implementation scheme of integrated automation for substation is introduced which is based on the Windows NT and object-oriented configuration software FIX32 and is fitted with the product from SEL of America. The acquisition program of substation-in impulse power quantity is discussed as well as the configuration mode of FIX32 with the protections from SEL company and EPM420 intelligent instrument.
