摘　　要：介绍了一种测量电机转速和旋转位置的新方法及其测量装置。该方法通过测量一个零位信号和一个余弦信号 ,同时得到电机的转速及位置信息 。This paper introduce a new way and the device to measure the rotate speed and the rotate point of the electrical machine. By this way we can get the information of the rotate speed and the rotate point of the electrical machine through measur a signal of zero-point and a signal of cosine. This way overcome the limitation.
