摘　　要：优化结构、深化改革、扩大出口；扩大开放领域，利用外资的重点是跨国公司的直接投资；实施“走出去”战略，支持有竞争力的企业跨国经营；充分利用“入世”过渡期，争取入世效益最大化；妥善处理好多、双边和区域经济关系，进一步发展开放型经济。Improving structure and deepening reform to stimulate export and developing more sectors for international cooperation to attract more investment from MNLs. OutwardOriented Strategy aiming at internationalization of business for Chinese enterprises. Minimizing the disavantages from WTO by utilizing the adaptation period and to strengthen the multilateral, bilateral and regional economic relations and to promote the outward oriented economy. Theseare the main tasks for China's international economic relations in the post-WTO entry period.
