微量元素锌对人T_H细胞IL_2产生的增强作用

摘　　要：本文报道了应用改进的四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色分析法检测不同浓度微量元素锌对人 T_细胞 IL_3产生能力的影响。结果表明,微量元素锌在0.153～765μmol/L 浓度范围均有显著增强 IL_2产生的作用。1.53μmol/L 的锌浓度的增强作用非常显著(P<0.01)。本研究证明,锌制剂增强 IL_2产生的作用并非该制剂的直接作用所致。The effects of microelement zinc in different concentrations on IL_2 production of human TH cells were reported in the paper.IL_2 product- ion was assayed by improved MTT eolorimetric analysis. The results shwed that IL_2 production was remarkbly increased wh- en the concentration of zinc was within 0.153～765 μmol/L. The zinc of 1.53 μmol/L concentration possessed quite significant increase effect(P<0.01).The present study has showed that the effe- ct of increase in zinc on IL_2 production is not dircctly related to the drug.
