摘 要:从叶片表现为白色斑驳的唐菖蒲病株上分离到一病毒 ,通过寄主范围测定 ,可侵染豆科、藜科、苋科、番杏科中的 8种植物。病毒的致死温度为 5 0~ 60℃ ,稀释限点为 10 -3 ~ 10 -4 ,体外保毒期为 3~ 4d。病毒是长度为 70 0~ 75 0nm的线状粒子 ,血清学反应与标准BYMV抗血清出现明显的沉淀线。可认为该病毒分离物为菜豆黄花叶病毒 (BeanYellowMosaicVirus ,BYMV)。A isolated virus from Gladiolus with white mosaic on leaves. It can infected 8 species of Logumiosae,Chenopodiaceae,Amaranthaceae and Aizoaceae. Its thermal inactivation point was 50~60?℃, dilution end point was 10 -3 ~10 -4 and longevity in vitro was 3~4 days. Through transmission electron microscope, the purified virus particle was filamentous about 700~750nm long and 15nm in width. Ultrath in sections of the infected leaves show various inclusions including pinwheel and bundle in the cytoplasm. Virus particles were in single precipitation line with antiserum of BYMV by immunodiffsion tests. The isolate is identified as Bean Yellow Mosaic Virus ( BYMV) based on the results mentioned.
