摘　　要：像其它生物技术产品一样 ,兽用基因工程生物制品的安全性问题也引起了人们的广泛关注和重视。本连载软科学研究报告通过对国内外有关的法律法规、文献资料的收集和分析研究 ,阐述了对兽用基因工程生物制品的法律、法规和条例控制、安全管理、生物安全评价和生物安全控制措施等内容 。The close attention has been played to the safety problems of genetically modified veterinary biologics as the same as to those of other biotechnological products. The serial papers reviewed the biosafety control strategies by laws,regulations and directives, biosafety regulation, biosafety evaluation and control measures to genetically modified veterinary biologics by collection and analysis of the information data at home and abroad. Some suggestions to strengthen work in this respect in China were given in the paper.
