摘 要:本文应用组织培养技术和下丘脑—腺垂体—卵巢顺序灌注方法,研究了P 物质(SP)对雌性成年 Sprague—Dawley 大鼠离体卵巢孕酮和雌激素分泌的影响动物按阴道涂片分为动情期组和间情期组,并分别设立对照组。实验结果发现,实验组(于下丘脑培养液中加入 SP 5μg)自培养后等四天起孕酮和雌激素 F_2含量明显下降。提示 SP 对卵巢孕酮和雌激素生成有明显抑制作用。The methods of tissue eulture and sequence perfusion in hypothalamusn pituitary glands-Ovary were employed.The effects of substance p on the secretion of extracorpo real ovarian progesterone and estrogen were studied in adult Sprague-Dawley female rats,which had been divided into oestrus, diestrus groups according to the vaginal smear and the separate control groups. The experimental result showed that the contet of ovarian progesterone and estrogen of the experimental groups 5μg in the hypothalamic culture fluid) evidently decreased four days after the culture The.result of our studies sug- gested that substance p obviously inhibited the genesis of ovarian progesterone and estrogen.
