尸体防腐固定剂的筛选

摘　　要：通过观察,对比和组织学方法,本文对十二种具有防腐固定作用的药物(单方),对新鲜肌组织块的防腐固定作用进行了观察和对比。提出1%苯甲酸几乎接近3%福尔马林的防腐固定效果;而且1%苯甲酸具有无剌激味、价格低廉等优点;2%四硼酸钠也有良好的防腐固定效果。本文认为,在探讨复方防腐固定液的配方时,可以优先考虑到苯甲酸和四硼酸钠的使用。The antiseptic and fixation effect of 12 chemical agents and the fresh Lumps of the muscular tissue were observed and compared.The result shows that het antiseptic and fixation effect of 1%Benzoic acid almost approaches that of 3 %Formalin.Furthermore,The Benzoic acid has some merits such as non irritant smell and low-price.2% of Qi-sodium tetraborate also has well antiseptic and fixation effect.we think that the Benzoic acid and Oi-Sodium tetraborate should be Selected fist when we discuss the antiseptic and fixa- tion liquid compounds in the fubure.
