锦州市区1985—1987年婴儿死亡统计分析

摘　　要：本文对锦州市区1985～1987年婴儿死亡资料进行了分析。其三年的婴儿死亡率分别为6.73‰、5.93‰、7.37‰,婴儿主要死因顺位为新生儿疾病(早产),肺炎、先天性心脏病及先天性畸形。死亡男婴多于女婴,生存天数以出生后不足一天者为数最多,并多死于冬春季节。1985～1987年新生儿死亡占婴儿死亡比例分别为68.75％、72％、75.64％,新生儿前三位死因依次为早产、肺炎和先天性畸形。This article deals with the analysis of the informatiou about the death of infants in Jinzhou from 1985 to 1987.The death rate during the three years was 6.73%, 5.93%, and 7. 73%respectively.The maiu cause of death was dne to diseases of new born infants (mostly premature birth), pneumonia, congenital heart disease aud congenital deformity.male infants died more thau female ones.Most of them died within one day after birth, and mostly in winter and spring.From 1985 to 1987, the proportion of the death of newborn infants to that of infants was 68.75%, 72%, and 75. 64%respectively.The first three causes of death were in order of premature birth, pneumonia and congenital deformity.
