摘 要:本实验用单管微电极的方法,共记录了206个黑质(SN)神经元的自发放电。其中,观察了175个黑质神经元对侧脑室注射吗啡(MOR)的反应;31个黑质神经元对侧脑室注射人工脑脊液(CSF)的反应。结果表明:侧脑室注射吗啡可兴奋黑质Ⅰ型神经元,抑制黑质Ⅱ型神经元的单位放电。阿片受体阻断剂—纳洛酮(NAL)可完全逆转吗啡对黑质神经元的作用。This experiment was performed by the glass micropipette to record the effects of lateral ve ntricular injection of morphine (MOR) on the spontaneous firing of typt Ⅰ and Ⅱ neurons in substantia nigra (SN). Spontaneous firing of 206 neurous in SN was recorded. The effects of lateral ventricular injection of morphine on the discharge rate of 175 neurons in SN wore observec. In another 31 neurons of SN, the effects of lateral ventricular injection of artificial CSF were observed. The effects of morphine on the activity of the neurons in SN were completely reversed by the opiate receptor blocker, naloxone (NAL). The results of the present study have demonstrated that lateral ventricular injection of morphine excited type Ⅰ neurons and suppressed type Ⅱ neurons in SN. The effects of morphine on type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ neurons in SN were realized by opiate receptors.
