摘　　要：目的　探索异种胶原生物膜 (戊二醛交联乙醇浸泡的Ⅲ型猪皮胶原生物膜 )作为人鼓膜移植材料的生物相容性。方法　以异种胶原生物膜对 30耳鼓膜穿孔者行鼓膜成形术 ,以观察移植术后鼓膜愈合状态。结果30耳中 2 7耳移植成功。Objective To probe into the biocompatibility of the exogenous collagen membrane (Type Ⅲ pig dermal collagen membrane soaked with glutara crossed alcohol) as a human tympanic membrane graft. Methods Myringo plasty by the exogenous collagen membrane was performed in 30 ears, which were dry quiescent perforation of the tympanic membrane. The healing results were observed after the operation. Results Transplantation was successful in 27 out of 30 ears. Conclusion It may be of practical value in the transplantation of the human tympanic membrane.
