摘　　要：细胞因子是一组具有重要生物学活性的细胞调节蛋白。过量的细胞因子会导致全身或局部毒性反应 ,所以需要通过抑制细胞因子的合成与释放及采用对抗作用机制来限制其活性以严格控制其含量。有两种细胞因子抑制机制 :(1 )产生与受体结合而不激发生物活性的受体抑制剂 ;(2 )产生可溶性受体 ,与细胞因子所键合的受体竞争。Cytokines are regulatory protein that have imp ortant biological activity.In various diseases cytokines produced in excess caus e systemic or local toxic effects.Cytokines therefore are tightly controlled by regulation of their bi osynthesis and release by counteracting mechanisms which limit their activit ies.Two cytokine inhibitory mechanisms have been discovered:(1) receptor antag o nists, they can bind to the receptor but not elicit biological activity (2) solu ble receptors, they compete with cellular receptors for cytokine binding
