摘　　要：道诺霉素 (DNR)用于治疗急性白血病 ,目前已用于AIDS相关肿瘤治疗。DNR的作用对象包括DNA、膜磷脂及蛋白质。DNR嵌入DNA分子 ,干扰复制与转录过程 ,并通过TopⅡ媒介或氧自由基诱导DNA链断裂。DNR与膜磷脂作用影响胞内信息通路 ,与多种蛋白质间也存在相互作用 ,并诱导细胞凋亡。Daunorubicin (DNR) is employed in treatment of a cute leukemia and now also in treatment of AIDS-associated tumors.The tragets of DNR include DNA,m e mbrane phospholipids and a vairety of proteins.DNR interferes with the replica ti on and transcription process of DNA by intercalating between DNA base pairs.DN R also induces DNA strand scission mediated by Top Ⅱ or oxygen radicals.The in t eraction between DNR and membrane phospholipids affects the signaling pathway. M oreover,DNR can interact with a variety of proteins and induce apoptosis.Furt her research is needed in the mechanism of DNR resistant cells
