摘  要:目的 探讨眼动功能定量分析检查在鉴别不同类型前庭疾病中的作用。方法 本文收集 181例眼动功能定量分析资料 ,其中正常组 40例 ,突发性聋组 46例 ,药物中毒性眩晕组 2 6例 ,梅尼埃病组 48例 ,听神经瘤组 2 1例 ,分别进行扫视、跟随及视动试验定量分析检查。结果 周围性前庭病变各项检查与正常组比较无统计学差异 ;听神经瘤组扫视试验潜伏期延长 ,达 2 46ms± 6 6ms,较正常组 190ms± 2 5ms明显延长 ,跟随试验各项指标均示异常 ,视动性检查最大慢相速度及平均慢相速度减慢 ,分别为 18.4°/s± 6 .4°/s和 16 .0°/s± 6 .0°/s,较正常组2 2 .6°/s± 8.8°/s和 2 0 .3°/s± 8.7°/s减慢。Objective To study the application of quantitative oculomotor function tests in the differential diagnosis of vestibular diseases. Methods Quantitative oculomotor function tests which consist of saccade, smooth pursuit and optokinetic tests were performed in 40 normal subjects, 46 patients with sudden deafness, 26 patients with vertigo induced by drugs, 48 patients with Meniere's disease and 21 patients with acoustic neuroma. Results In the acoustic neuroma group, the latency of the saccade test was 246 ms±66 ms, longer than that of the normal subjects (190 ms±25 ms); All the parameters of the smooth pursuit test were abnormal compared with the normal subjects; The maximum slow phase and average velocity were 18.4°/s±6.4°/s and 16.0°/s±6.0°/s respectively, both of which were slower than those of the normal group ( 22.6 °/s± 8.8 °/s和 20.3 °/s± 8.7 °/s). There was no difference between each group of the peripheral vestibular disease and the normal subjects. Conclusion Quantitative oculomotor function tests have considerable value in determining peripheral and central vestibular diseases.
