东菱克栓酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果

摘　　要：①目的　观察东菱克栓酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。②方法　将 12 9例住院病人随机分为东菱克栓酶治疗组和尿酸氧化酶对照组 ,观察两组病人用药前后的临床疗效 ,同时比较两药对血液流变学及血管再通的影响。③结果　东菱克栓酶治疗组疗效优于尿酸氧化酶对照组 (u =2 .5 84,P <0 .0 5 ) ;血管再通率亦高于对照组 (u =4.0 6 1,P <0 .0 5 )。Objective\ To observe the effects of batroxobin in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods \ 129 patients with acute DVT were randomly divided into two groups. Batroxobin for treat group and urokinase for the control. The clinical efficacy was observed. The effects of batroxobin and urokinase on the blood rheology and re canalization of the veins were compared. \ Results\ The therapeutic efficacy of treat group, with batoxobin, was superior to that of the control, with urokinase( u=2.584, P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ Batroxobin is an effective medicine for the treatment of acute DVT.
