晶闸管数字触发器快速性问题的研究

摘　　要：分析了一般数字式晶闸管触发控制器在脉冲形成过程中所产生的延迟作用及影响其快速性的原因 ,提出了一种可以有效消除这种延迟作用的数字式触发脉冲形成方案 ,使数字触发控制器的响应速度显著提高 。This paper analyses the delay action produced in the process of pulse formation of the common thyristor trigger as well as its effect upon the fast response,and advances a kind of the digital trigger pulse formation circuit that can effectively eliminate the delay action so as to make the response speed of the digital trigger improve remarkably,whereby extending its application range.
