摘　　要：氧化铝生产中，氢氧化铝料浆的固体含量是平盘过滤工艺的一项重要指标，直接关系到平盘过滤机的台时生产能力和产量，因此，氢氧化铝料浆中固体含量的检测和控制非常重要。本文讨论了氢氧化铝料浆的固体含量和密度之间的关系及固体含量的密度检测方法。介绍了同位素密度计的现场应用情况。In the process of aluminium production, the solid content in aluminium hydroxide slurry is a main index for technological operation of filter table which affects efficienCy and output of filter table directly. So it is very important to measure and control the solid content in aluminium hydroxide slurry. This paper discussed the relationship between solid content and density of aluminium hydroxide slurry and describes the measurement method and in situ applications of isotopic densitometer.
