摘 要:夹杂性裂纹是大型锻件致废的主要缺陷形式之一。为提高大型锻件的质量 ,研究了塑性变形过程中夹杂性缺陷的形成机理 ,分析了其变化过程和形成条件 ,探讨了其损伤和修复规律。研究表明 ,缺陷损伤与修复现象同时存在于塑性变形过程中 ,是夹杂性裂纹发展和变化的两个方面 ,根据其成因条件不同加以控制有助于提高质量。据此提出了根治夹杂性缺陷产生的方法 。The internal cracks originated from inclusions are one of main forms of defects for heavy forgings. In order to improve the quality, the mechanism of occurring defects originated from inclusions is studied, their forming processes and conditions are analyzed and principles of damage and recovery are investigated in the processes of plastic deformation. It was shown that the damage and recovery are existed in the same process of plastic deformation, which are the two aspects of cracks changing.It is helpful to improve the quality by controlling their forming conditions for heavy forgings. The methods of eliminating the cracks originated from inclusions are put forward and proved in the production process.
