摘　　要：本文介绍了海洋计量仪器及系统的特点，阐述了加强其质量管理的必要性，提出了建 立海洋计量仪器的质量管理系统及其进行质量监督检查的方法和解决工作中实际问题的建 议。In this paper, we introduce the characteristics of the oceanic measure instruments and the necessity of strengthening the administration of quality, suggest that establish the system of quality supervision and adminstration, put forward the method of supervising and adminstrating the quality and the proposal of dissolving the practical problems in works.
