摘  要:PI决策技术是以注水井井口压降曲线为依据的压力指数决策技术。介绍了PI决策技术及其应用方法,该技术在濮12块应用后,油田各项开发指标得到改善,油藏递减速度降低,实现了高含水期控水稳油的目标。PI决策技术具有快速、实用、操作简单的特点,适用于复杂断块油田高含水期调剖堵水要求,具有良好的推广前景。PI decided-making is a pressure exponent decision- making technique based on wellhead pressure fall-off curve of water injectors. This paper introduces the PI decision- making technique and its application. After it is applied, all the development indexes are improved, production decline rate is lowered, and the production stabilization target at high water cut stage is realized. PI decision-making technique has the advantages of fast, practical and easy to operate and can meet the need of profile correction and water-plugging at high water cut stage in complex fault block reservoirs, thus has a bright prospect of deployment.
