摘  要:介绍了螺杆泵采油系统工况实时监测与故障诊断系统及其核心仪器 :扭矩、轴向力、转速一体化传感器工作原理、主要参数指标。这种传感器利用了受扭轴扭转应变与扭矩、轴向应变与轴向力的对应关系 ,采用了信号非接触传输原理。数据采集仪使用了信号高速传输和屏蔽技术。这种传感器的使用寿命长、精度高、性能稳定、传输数据快、抗干扰能力强、测量范围宽、安装简便、成本适中。文中给出了 3口油井的对应扭矩与转速实测曲线。Introduced working state real time monitoring and testing, fault diagnosis system and its key instrument, including the working principle of torsion,axial force, rotary speed as a whole sensor, the main parameter index of oil well using progressing cavity pump. The sensor utilizes the parallelism relationship of twisted axis twisting strain and torsion, axial strain and axial force, and also adopts signal transmission principle with non contact. Data collecting instrument uses the technology of signal transmission with high speed and shielding. The sensor has longer using life, high precision, stable performance, quick data transmission, strong anti jamming ability, wide measuring range, easy installation, moderate costing. It provides technology means of working state real time monitoring and testing, and fault diagnosis. Torsion and rotary speed real measuring curve of three oil wells are also presented.
