摘  要:在甲壳动物养殖中使用微生态制剂取得良好效果。南美白对虾室内养殖 GMA1组、GMA2组及 DY- 1组的养殖成活率分别为 95.79%、91.78%和 88.0 0 % ,均高于对照组的 81.67% ,微生物及水化学指标也明显优于对照组 ;池塘养殖中国对虾 4 5d,试验组和对照组对虾平均体长分别增长2 .86cm和 2 .4 0 cm;河蟹育苗试验组比对照组提高成活率 2 7.78% ;本文还对微生态制剂的作用机理和使用注意事项等进行了论述。Studies on the effects of probiotics in Crustacean's farming have been conducted within indoor and outdoor tanks or ponds. Three species of Crustacean animals used as subjects of the experiment are the shrimps Penaeus vannamei, P. chinensis and crab Eriocheir sinensis. The shrimp P. vannamei was reared in indoor tanks and was treated with 3 kinds of the probiotics, GMA 1, GMA 2 and DY 1 individually, and the survival rate is 95 79、91 78 and 88 00% respectively, while that of the control is 81 67%, there have also been superiority in microbiotas and hydrochemicals; In outdoor ponds, the shrimp P. chinensis was reared for 45 d, the increase of size is 2 86 cm, while that of the control is 2 40 cm; In crab breeding, the probiotics may increase the survival rate of crab larva by 27 78% by comparisim with the controls;The mechanism of the probiotics and some notices for the applications have been also summarized.
