摘　　要：通过对14例创伤性肘关节强直合并骨化性肌炎病人的临床资料进行分析,对手术方法进行探讨。结果取得了满意的治疗效果,伤口一期愈合,关节功能恢复良好。结果提示创伤性肘关节强直合并骨化性肌炎,在骨化性肌炎成熟后,行骨块摘除和肘关节松解术,能取得满意的疗效。Through analysis of the clinical data of 14 cases with traumatic ankylosis of elbow joint complicated with myositis ossifi-cans,The operation method for this kind of disease was approached. The results showed that the wound healed by first intention, and joint function recovered well. Satisfactory effects have been obtained in treating traumatic ankylosis of elbow joint complicated with myositis ossificans by removing bones out and relaxing elbow joint when myositis ossificans is mature.
