国产假体全膝关节置换术的临床应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：为评价国产假体全膝关节表面置换术的疗效 ,对 2 0例 2 4膝全膝关节表面置换术 (其中 4例为双膝同时置换 )患者进行随访 ,并用 HSS膝关节评分系统进行评分 ,随访 0 .5～ 3.4年 ,平均 2 .8年。结果显示 HSS平分由术前 5 0 .2分提高到 67.3分 ,最近1次随访为 88.7分。手术优良率为 88.2 %。病人术后在疼痛、功能及关节活动度等方面有明显改善。To evaluate the effect of total knee replacement with prosthesis made in China, 20 cases with total knee replacement by prosthesis made in China were followed up, and were evaluated with knee joint score system of Hospital for Special Survey (HSS). After 0.5～3.4 years ( average 2.8 years ) following up, the score of HSS before and after operation was 50.2, 67.3 respectively, while the score of HSS of the latest review was 88.7 . The excellent rate of the operation was 88.2%, there was also significant improvement in pains, functions, activity of the joints after operation, suggesting that total knee replacement with prosthesis made in China has satisfactory effect on the treatment of the restriction of knee joint activity.
