摘　　要：目的　探讨雷公藤单体T4 的抗炎作用。方法　应用体外细胞培养技术观察不同浓度T4 对单个核细胞 (BPMC)产生IL - 2及IL - 2R表达的影响。结果　T4 对IL - 2及IL - 2R有剂量相关的抑制作用。Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory function of tripterygium wilfordiihook T 4. Methods By cell culturing in vitro, the effects of different concentrations of tripterygium wilfordiihook T 4 on the production of IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R of BPMC were observed. Results T 4 has inhibition to IL-2 and IL-2R, and showing positive correlation with dose.
