摘  要:目的 :探讨高原缺氧条件下 ,急性放射损伤大鼠血清造血活性的变化特点 ;方法 :大鼠在模拟 5 0 0 0m高原缺氧条件下喂饲 3天后 ,接受 6Gy一次性γ射线全身照射 ,照后继续在缺氧条件下饲养 ,3天后处死动物收获血清 ,ELISA法测定TGF -β1和EPO的含量 ;造血集落法检测血清对CFU -GM和CFU -E集落形成的影响 ;结果与结论 :发现模拟高原 5 0 0 0m缺氧条件下 ,骨髓红系和粒系造血均受抑制 。To explore the response of hematopoietic system to acute radiation injury at high altitude. Methods: After 3 days at the simulated high altitude 500m , the rats were inflicted with 6Gy total body irradiation of γray from 60 Co. Then, the rats lived continuously at the simulated high altitude. The examination of serum was set at 3 day after radiation injury. TGF-β1 and and EPO concentration in serum were assayed with methods of ELISA, and the effects of serum on CFU-E and CFU-GM were investigated. Results: At thee simulated high altitude 500m, acute radiation injury inhibited the bone marrow erythropoiesis and granulopoiesis, but it was mainly the granulocyte.
