摘　　要：目的　研究和评估DRFS(DistrctionReduceFixationSystem ,撑开、复位、固定系统 )手术对腰椎滑脱症的临床效果。方法　对 2 5例腰椎滑脱症患者进行减压 ,DRFS复位内固定和植骨融合。结果　 2 5例中 2 2例获随访不少于 6个月 ,2 3例达完全复位 (92 % ) ,术后症状均消失或基本消失。 2 2例椎间融合良好。无一例发生断钉、断板、螺钉松动及滑脱复发。 2例未完全复位者中 1例螺钉偏内下方挤压神经根 ,1例钢板倒置安装。结论　DRFS设计巧妙、独到 ,充分利用了纵向滑移杠杆和提拉螺旋原理 ,在拧紧螺母时即可同时达到撑开、复位、固定作用 ,产生良好的杠杆和螺旋机械效益。Objective To study and evaluate the clinical effect of DRFS(Distraction Reduce Fixation System) for the treatment of spondylolisthesis Methods 25 cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with decompression,DRFS replacement with fixation and bone grafting.Results Of the 25 cases,22 cases were followed up for more than 6 months.23 cases reached complete reduction(92%) and clinical symptoms disappeared after operation.Complete fusion of bone graft were observed in 22 cases and no nail breaking,plate breaking,bolt bloosen and slippage.2 cases had incomplete replacement,bolt extruding the nerve root in 1 case and plate fixed upside down in 1 case.Conclusion DRFS utilizationed the lever and spiral principle,provided a good effect of distraction reduction and fixation.
