摘　　要：为探索浙江省有效防治不同社区人群性病艾滋病发生和流行的健康教育干预模式，采 用随机抽样的方法确定城市、城镇和农村三类社区的医务人员作为干预对象。通过一年的健康教育综合干预，根据对不同层次医务人员基线和终末调查的比较，结果显示开展的健康教育工作是卓有 成效的，城市、城镇、农村三地人群对性病艾滋病的知识、态度都有了不同程度的提高，在农村和 城镇健康教育干预的效果尤为明显。in order to develop a health education intervention model to prevent and control the occurrence and epidemic of STD/AIDS in different community people effectively, we adopted the way of random sample to regard the hospital staff members in urban, sub-urban and rural areas as investigated groups. According to the compare of the baseline survey and final survey in the target groups, the results revealed that the effect was remarkable through the synthetic health education intervention for one year. The knowledge and attitude levels of the target people in urban, sub-urban and rural areas were improved in different degrees. And the effect of health education intervention in sub-urban and rural areas was better than the others.
