摘　　要：目的 :观察枸杞对小鼠抗体形成细胞的作用。方法 :用 10 0 %浓度枸杞浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后检测小鼠抗体产生能力 ,特异玫瑰花结形成细胞检测 ( SRFC)、血清 Ig G检测。结果 :用药组以上三项免疫学指标均增高。结论Objective:To research the effect of LCM on the antibody forming cell of mice.Methods:We filled stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of LCM regularly and tested the ability of antibody producing; specific rosette forming cell (SRFC); serum immunoglobulin.Results:The immune function in the LCM group was improved remarkably compared with those in the control group.Conclusion:LCM could enhance antibody forming cell obviously.
