摘 要:目的 :比较爆压法炮制与不同炮制方法炮制的马钱子主要成分之间的关系。方法 :采用溶剂提取法提取总生物碱 ,用理化方法 ,TL C,UV,IR对提取物进行鉴定。结果 :马钱子经爆压法、砂烫法和烘烤法炮制后 ,总生物碱的含量下降甚微 ,与生品比较仍达 92 %~ 95 %以上 ;三种炮制品中主要成分士的宁和马钱子碱定性鉴别结果差异不大。结论 :爆压法与砂烫法和烘烤法对马钱子生物碱主要成分的含量分布影响差异不大 ,爆压法可替代砂烫法和烘烤法。Objective:To make a comparison of relationships among the main compositions in various processing drugs by the expansive method in the hyperthermal and high pressure condition and other processing methods.Methods:To extract total alkaloid by solvent extraction process, and make a qualitative analysis by various methods of physicochemical identification, TLC, UV, IR.Results:Compared with crude drug, the total alkaloid contents in Nux Vomica processed by the expansive method, sand scalding method and baking method, change much and still remained 92% 95%. And the qualitative analysis of the main compositions, strychnine and brucine among these three processed drugs were little different.Conclusion:The expansive method can replace sandscalding and baking methods.
