摘　　要：目的 :观察叶下珠胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :用叶下珠胶囊治疗 3 6例慢性乙型肝炎并与灭澳灵治疗 12例作对照。结果 :叶下珠治疗组总有效率 91.67% ,灭澳灵对照组总有效率 75 .0 0 %。两组疗效对比无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :叶下珠胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎有一定疗效 ,值得进一步研究应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Phyllanthus urinaria capsule in treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods:36 patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with Phyllanthus urinaria capsule as the teatment group, and other 12 patients treated with Cordycepes Sinensis as the controled group.Results:The total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group but 75% in controled group. There was not marked difference between them ( P >0.05).Conclusion:There was fixed effect of Phyllanthus urinaria capsule in treating chronic hepatitis B.
