摘 要:目的 :观察清开灵注射液 (简称QKL)对家兔实验性发热的解热作用。方法 :复制家兔内毒素性和内生致热原性发热模型 ,观察QKL对两种发热模型的解热效应 ,以及对脑脊液cAMP含量的影响。结果 :QKL对家兔正常体温的影响不大 (P >0 0 5) ,对内毒素性和内生致热原性发热均有显著性的解热效应 (P <0 0 1) ,同时明显抑制脑脊液cAMP含量的升高 (P <0 0 5)。两种发热模型的体温变化与其脑脊液中cAMP的含量变化均呈显著性正相关 (内毒素性发热 :r=0 9739,P <0 0 5;内生致热原性发热 ;r =0 984 2 ,P <0 0 5)。结论Objective:To observe the antipyretic effect of Qing Kailing Injection(QKL) on experimental fever of rabbits. Method:To duplicate rabbits models of endotoxin(ET) fever and endogenous pyrogen (EP) fever were used to study of the antipyretic effect of QKL on the two kinds fever and cAMP content of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Result:The rectal temperature of normal rabbits was not affected by QKL ( P>0 05) , while it could significantly antipyretic effect on ET fever and EP fever ( P<0 01) , and was obviously inhibited the increasing of cAMP content in CSF by QKL ( P<0 05) . In two models of fever, there was a positive correlation between the cAMP content and the body temperature change (ET fever, r=0 9739, P<0 05; EP fever,r=0 9842, P<0 05) . Conclusions:It was suggested that the mechanism of febrifugal effect of QKL might be associated with a drop of cAMP synthesis in hypothalamus.
