摘　　要：目的 :评价洛芬待因缓释片在癌痛治疗中的作用。方法 :采用双盲、双模拟、自身交叉对照研究。共36例评价疗效。结果 :洛芬待因缓释片治疗癌痛疗效肯定 ,平均持续时间长于可待因 ,无特殊不良反应。结论Objective:To evaluate the analgesic effect of ibuprofen codeine sustained tablets in treatment of cancer pain.Methods:In the study,a double blind,double dummy,cross over design was adopted( n =36).Results:Ibuprofen codeine sustained tablets is effective in relieving cancer pain with a longer analgesic duration than codeine,no special side effects were observed. Conclusion:Ibuprofen codeine sustained tablets ia an effective agent for treatment of cancer pain.It may be used as a second ladder analgesic for cancer pain. [
