摘　　要：IQ和 EQ是大学生能否成材的重要因素。而我国教育界长期只重视智力因素 ,不重视非智力因素的观念 ,造成了大学生 EQ的低下。作为国家人才培养基地的高校 ,理性的去看待和分析这一现状 ,找到培养和提高大学生 EQ的方法和途径 ,是完善素质教育的任务 。IQ and EQ are two factors concerned with college students growth.Chinas education used to ignore Students EQ.College and universities are bases for training talents and its their responsibility to objectively treat and analyze this status of education and find an effective way to train and raise college students EQ so as to implement quality education.
