摘  要:合成了一种新的异腈配体 2 甲基环己基异腈 (MCHI)及其铜络盐 ,并经红外光谱和元素分析等表征予以确认。通过配体交换反应制备了放化纯大于 95 %的中性脂溶性配合物99TcmN MCHI ,它在室温下可稳定 6h以上。生物分布实验结果表明 :99TcmN MCHI在正常小鼠的心 ,脑中均有一定的摄取和滞留 ,但血本底高。同时制得了另一种配合物99Tcm MCHI,它与99TcmN MCHI的对比研究结果表明 。An isonitrile ligand, 2 methyl cyclohexylisonitrile (MCHI) is synthesized and a copper salt (Cu(I)(MCHI) 4BF 4) of this ligand is also prepared. The isonitrile and its copper salt are characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The complex 99 Tc mN MCHI is prepared by ligand exchange reaction. The results of partition coefficient and stability studies indicate that the complex is lipophilic and stable over a period of 6 h at room temperature. Biodistribution of this new complex in mice show that it has certain uptake in myocardium and brain and retained there for a certain time. But also it is taken up in blood highly. Besides, the complex 99 Tc m MCHI is prepared and it has different characteristics with 99 Tc mN MCHI complex.
