摘 要:目的 :探讨单核细胞表面 CD14分化抗原在支气管哮喘患者中的变化。方法 :新鲜抗凝全血 ,经 CD14单克隆抗体标记 ,采用流式细胞仪区分单核细胞及其表面 CD14的表达。结果 :哮喘患者单核细胞表面 CD14表达升高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :哮喘发作期 ,外周血单核细胞处于一种更加成熟的状态 ,其表面上调的 CD14可能使其寿命延长并促进单核细胞粘附于血管内皮及穿越血管内皮定位于气道组织 。Objective:To search for the different expression of CD14 on monocyte in asthma.Methods:Fresh anticoagulant blood was labelled by CD14 monoclonal antibody,then monocytes were identified and the expressions of CD14 were tested by flow cytometry.Results:The number of CD14 monocyte slightly increased( P <0.05).Conclusion:In asthma monocytes are more matured and their Upregulation of CD14 may lead to a decreasing monocyte apoptosis and an increased adhension of monocytes to vascular endothelium and their subsequent transendothelial migration into the tissue of the airways during the active phase of asthma.
