摘　　要：基础标准是在一定范围内作为其他标准基础并普遍使用 ,具有广泛指导意义的通用性很强的标准 ,正是由于它的通用性 ,往往未能引起人们应有的重视 ,甚至不承认企业标准转化具有的效果。本文从GB 1 80 4转化企业标准所遇到的问题及处理出发 ,比较详细地剖析了该标准转化的过程及所面对的可能出现的种种情况的考虑和解决的对策。力求通过对该标准的再次修订 ,不仅使标准更具有可操作性 ,同时促使有关人员更注重学习和采用基础标准 ;使人们理解和认同 ,转化基础标准并非是一项简单的复制工作。Basic standard means a generally used standard that serves as the basis for other standards within certain range Just because of its general-purpose nature, it often fails to gain sufficient attention that it deserves, even the effect of enterprise standard transfer is not recognized Focusing on problems and solutions in GB 1804 transfer into enterprise standard, this article analyzes in detail the process of this standard transfer and considerations of the possible situations arising and solutions The goal of the standard revision is to obtain a more maneuverable standard, to make relevant personnel pay more attention to basic standard study and application and recognize that basic standard transfer is not a simple work of duplication.
