摘  要:对所研制的法兰环缝局部真空电子束焊机作了简要介绍 ,对焊机的微机控制系统和电子枪极坐标行走的控制、二次电子焊缝对中、焊接轨迹的示教再现、真空系统和焊接工艺的微机控制等关键技术作了较为详细的阐述。通过焊接工艺试验 ,用法兰环缝局部真空电子束焊机焊接出了成形良好、焊缝内部质量符合GJB1 71 8—A local vacuum electron beam welding machine is developed and simply introduced in this paper. The computer controlled system of the welding machine and some key technologies such as computer control of beam guns motion,secondary electron beam weld alignment, teaching and reappearing of welding path, computer control of vacuum system and welding process are also stated in detail. Through process experiments , a typical aluminium alloy workpiece with flange circumferential weld was made by the welding machine. The formation of the weld is good and the inner quality is fit for GJB1718 93 Grade Ⅰstandard.
