摘  要:本文研究了影响生物预处理浮选脱除煤中硫的几个因素,即不同菌液量、不同预处理时间等。指出生物预处理浮选脱硫是一种有效的洁煤方式,通过试验给出了最佳的预处理时间和最适宜的菌液量。The decoking sulphur in coal is important since high-sulphur coal occupies one-third of coal reserves in China. The present paper is concerned with the method using microbial pretreatment and floatation . The method utilizes some characteristic radicals of ferrobacillus sulf ooxidans (for short T. f),such as-OH,-COOH,-SH, which react on sulf ids by intense chemical combination. T. f absorbs selectively these minerals like sulf ids, which enhances the floatability difference between the surface of coal and pyrite and therefore improves the separating effect between coal and pyrite. Several factors influencing microbial pretreatment and floatation desulphurization in coal are studied, i. e. different quantity of microbial and different pretreatment time. An additional case is also considered, i. e. the case where the microbial is omitted in the test (Fig. 2). Experimental results shown in Figs. 3 and 4 reveal that the microbial pretreatment and floatation desulphurization is an effective method in cleaning coal. The microbial domesticated 13 days can remove sulphur in coal by 40 percent. The addition of cultivation liquid does not increase the removal quantify of sulphur. The optimal pretreatment time is obtained to be from 3 to 10 minutes and the optimal quantity of microbial has an optimal ratio which is 2 to 7 between the mass of coal and the optimal quantity of microbial in the examination. The granularity of coal is 0. 5 mm in the present research. However if the granularity of coal is reduced to 0. 2 mm,the removal ratio of sulphur may be improved.
