摘　　要：目的　探讨应用Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法　应用Gamma钉治疗我院骨科自1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 1月收治疗的各种股骨粗隆间骨折的患者 36例。结果　本组病例经术后平均 1年 6个月的随访 ,骨折愈合 ,无 1例发生髋内翻、下肢外旋和短缩等畸形 ,患肢关节功能优良率 88.4% ,疗效较好。Objective Discuss curative effect to the treatment of Gamma nail for femoral intertrochanter fracture.Methods Application to the treatment of Gamma nail for femoral intertrochanter fracture for 36 cases in our Orthopedics Department since 1997 to 2000.Results The duration of follow-up was one year sixmonths,the fracture was heal,none of cases was coxa vara,extemal rotation,abridge deformity.the rate of cxcellent for joint function attached to 88.4 percent,curative result was good.Conclusions The theatment of Gamma nail for femoral intertrochanter fracture was a good mothod.
