摘  要:目的 :建立运动性形体疲劳“肝肾亏虚”动物模型。方法 :采用电刺激 3周大强度运动训练兔模型。结果 :发现其体重、血睾、血红蛋白明显下降 ,血液流动性降低 ,腱围组织劳损 ,骨骼变形加大 ,疲劳性骨膜炎产生 ,肌腱韧带应力松弛明显增加 ,关节软骨平衡剪切模量下降。根据祖国医学和现代医学的理论 ,我们认为这是运动性形体疲劳“肝肾亏虚”的典型表现。Objective:To create the animal model of deficiency of the liver and kidney in exercised body-form fatigue.Methods:With the electric cage,the rabbits took run and jump exercise 360 times daily for 3 weeks.Results:After 1,2 and 3 weeks exercise,the body weight, serum testosterone,hemoglobin decreased significantly.The characteristics of hemorheology got wores at the end of 3rd week exercise. It is very clear images of fatigue periostitis observed radiologically. Under microscope,the overuse micro-damages were widespread in bone and peritendineum tissue.The properties of antideformation of tibia weakened after 3 weeks of exercise. The relaxation of flexor tendons and patellar ligaments increased.The shear modulus of tibia articular cartilage dropped after 2 and 3 weeks of exercise. Conclusion:According the theory of Chinese traditional medicine,we believe this is an animal model of deficiency of the liver and kidney in exercised body-form fatigue.
