补肾活血胶囊影响兔膝关节退变性疾病骨内压变化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :为观察补肾活血胶囊对膝 DOA骨内高压的预防和治疗作用。方法 :将新西兰纯种大白兔 ,通过结扎左股、臀下静脉及将左下肢伸膝位固定的叠加造模方法 ,对侧肢不作特别处理为对照侧 ;术后随机分为三组 :A组空白对照组 ,术后每天喂养普通饲料 ,B组试验预防组 ,术后 IW开始给药 ,C组试验治疗组 ,术后 6W开始给药 ,分别于术后 4W、6W、8W、1 0 W、1 2 W分批抽样进行膝旁骨内压测定 ,测完后处死 ,打开膝关节腔 ,先行肉眼观察然后取样病检。结果 :造模后 4W A组膝旁骨内压明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,6W模型形成、B组 IOP明显下降 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,C组 1 0 W时 IOP开始下降、1 2 W时明显下降、但降幅小于 B组、且己退变的软骨不能修复。结论 :补肾活血胶囊能有效防治膝 DOA骨内高压的发生、发展 ,延缓骨关节炎的进展 ,其预防用药较治疗用药效果更佳。Objective:In order to observe the therapy and prevention effect of tonify-kidney and move-blood formulae(TKMBF) on degenerative osteoarthritis(DOA) of knee jojint.Methods:Rabbit' knee DOA models were established through knotting left femoral vein and inferior gluteal vein and fixing the left lower limbs in extension position. The right lower lower limbs were control lombl(Sham operation).After operration the rabbits were allocated into three groups at random.Group A(control group):fed with normal forage each day after operation,Group B(experimental preventing group):fed forage mixed with herb at the time of 1W after operation; Group C(experimental treating group): fed forage mixed with herb after operation 6W. Measurement of intraosseous pressure(IOP) was taken respectively at the time of 4,6,8,10,12W after operation.Results:After operation 4W,IOP of Group A(gA) rised apparently(P<0.01);DOA models were established and IOP of Group B descended significantly after 6W(P>0.05);IOP of gC began to decrease after 10W, fell down apparently after 12W,but the range of descending was smaller than Group B, and the degenative cartilage could not be rapared.Conclusion:TKMBF can effectively prevent and treat the occuring, developing of IOP of DOA, delay the development of osteoarthritis, and prevention is better than treatment.
