摘 要:目的 :探讨特发性突聋与红细胞胆固醇含量的关系。方法 :用胆固醇酶联试剂显色法检测94例特发性突聋患者 (患者组 )和 1 0 0例健康成人 (对照组 )的红细胞胆固醇 (E-CH)、血浆胆固醇(P-CH)、血浆甘油三酯 (P-TG)含量 ,并进行统计学分析 ,同时结合各临床指标进行直线回归和相关以及逐步回归分析。结果 :与对照组比较 ,患者组的 E-CH平均含量显著升高 (P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,直线回归和相关以及逐步回归分析提示特发性突聋患者的 E-CH值与听阈值有密切相关。结论 :E-CH含量升高是诱发特发性突聋的危险因素之一 ,E-CH含量检测可作为反映特发性突聋患者耳聋程度的客观指标。Objective: To study the correlation of sudden deafness with erythrocyte cholesterol(E CH) level.Methods: E CH level,plasma cholesterol (P CH)level and plasma triglycerides(P TG) level in 94 patients with sudden deafness and 100 healthy volunteers were determined by the enzyme coloration spectrophotometry. The multiple linear regression and correlation between these levels and clinical data were analyzed.Results: The average E CH level of the patient group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.001);the analysis of linear regression and correlation as well as stepwise regression and correlation showed that there was a close correlation between E CH level and auditory threshold level.Conclusion: An increase in E CH level is one of the risk factors causing sudden deafness. The level of E CH can be used as clinical objective indicator of auditory threshold change in patients with sudden deafness.
