摘 要:在考察国内含氰废液处理现状和研究部分处理方法基础上 ,综合国内外有关文献 ,针对丙烯腈一段急冷水这一高浓度有机氰废液 ,建立了一种新的处理方法———精馏法。对处理前后废液的CODcr、BOD5、氰化物度、不同稀释比的生化曲线及有机物可生化性进行了细致分析。试验结果表明 ,废液经过处理后 ,CODcr去除率高达 95 .2 % ,BOD5/CODcr由原来的 0 .1 5变为 0 .3 1 ,废液的可生化性得到改善。通过对轻组分及重组分的回收利用 ,可创造的直接经济效益达到 3 .0× 1 0 6 元 /a。该方法简便、实用、具有良好的环境效益及经济效益。A method of treating the first section of wench water of AN manufacture-rectifying treatment had been developed after some literatures about this field was referenced in the article. The wastewater quality (such as CODcr, BOD5 and the concentration of CN-) and curves of microbe breathing in different dilution ration before and after treatment and biodegradable performance of organic matter were analyzed carefully. The removing rate of CODcr was 95. 2%, the ratio of BOD5/CODcr changed from 0.15 to 0.31. The wastewater's biodegradable performance was improved. Direct economic profits reached 300 million yuan RMB per year with the recovery and reuse of light-constituents and heavy-constituents. The method was convenient, practical, and economic and had good environmental and economic effects.
