摘　　要：介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司炼油厂I套催化裂化装置在 2 0 0 0年停工检修中 ,采用美国UOP公司的VSS技术及高效汽提技术进行沉降器改造的情况 ,解决了装置存在的生产安全问题 ,提高了装置处理量。标定结果表明 ,改造后产品分布得到改善 ,焦炭产率降低了 1.44个百分点 ;汽提效果明显好转 ,氢碳质量比大幅度下降到 6.0 % ,降低了再生器烧焦负荷 ,再生效果也得到了改善 ,再生催化剂碳含量降到 0 .In 2000's servicing of the No.1 FCCU in the refinery of Luoyang Company,China Petrochemical Company,the settler was revamped by using UOP's VSS and high efficiency stripping techniques.After revamping,the safety problems were solved and the processing capacity enhanced,the product slate improved,the coke yield decreased by 1.44 percent points and the stripping result greatly improved,the hydrogen/carbon ratio decreased down to 6.0%,the burning duty of the regenerator decreased,the result of catalyst regeneration improved,the carbon content of regenerated catalyst reduced to less than 0.1%.
