摘 要:依据压差粘附卡钻原理研制出了压差卡钻趋势测定仪。该仪器通过直接测定不同井深处取样钻井液的扭矩值,计算出泥饼摩擦系数,并由摩擦系数值的变化来评价钻井液压差粘附卡钻的潜在趋势。该仪器能够模拟温度、压差对泥饼形成的影响,具有测量精度(重复性)高、灵敏度高、体积小、便于现场使用的优点。利用该仪器取得的实验数据,可做出扭矩-时间特性曲线、卡钻趋势-考察因素特性曲线和摩擦系数-井深关系曲线。介绍了该仪器与传统的泥饼摩擦系数测定仪对高密度盐水钻井液体系润滑性的评价比较结果。Based on the principle of differential sticking, a device, XN-1 for predicting pressure differential sticking trend was developed. Directly measuring torque data of mud samples from different interval, device XN-1 evaluates potential differential sticking trend of the drilling fluid by changes of mud cake friction factors. It can simulate influences of temperature and pressure difference on mud cake formation, and it possesses advantages such as high accuracy, high sensitivity, small volume and easy using onsite. Using dada from this device, characteristic curves of torque-time, sticking trend-factor and friction factor-depth are obtained. Comparing to the conventional device for measuring friction factor, lab evaluation effect by device XN-1 on lubrication of high-density saltwater drilling fluid is introduced.
