摘 要:由于钻井液添加剂的复杂性,使用过程中对环境产生污染。针对如何解决钻井液对环境的污染问题,江苏油田进行了大量的科学试验。试验中优选无毒添加剂,同时还引入含有K+、NH4+等农作物生长所需的化肥作为抑制剂。试验表明,“绿色”钻井液体系抑制能力强、粘切力大、动塑比高、携带能力强。在韦9井和王北5井的应用表明,钻井液性能指标完全达到了设计要求,岩屑能及时被携带至地面,岩屑回收率达到98%,井壁稳定,形成了一套适合江苏油田情况的“绿色”环保钻井液体系,具有重要的推广应用价值。Environment pollution caused by the drilling fluid is serious and hard to control due to the complicity and variability of mud additives. Large scale of studies and tests are carried out to solve this problem in Jiangsu Oilfield. They use non-toxic mud additives and add chemical fertilizers that contain K+ and NH4+4 as inhibitors, which is good for the growing of crops. Tests show that this 'green' drilling fluid system has the advantages as strong inhibition, high viscous shearing force and dynamic plastic ratio, and good cuttings transportation.Field using in Well Wei-9 and Wangbei 5 shows its good performances as expected in the design, the cutting recovery ratio reaches as high as 98%, and good hole stability is achieved.
