摘　　要：观察通脑灵对脑梗塞的治疗作用。 3 2例脑梗塞患者服用通脑灵煎剂 ,每天 2次 ,1个月为 1个疗程 ,根据治疗前后神经功能缺损积分判定疗效。结果 ,基本痊愈 7例 ,显著进步 16例 ,进步 4例 ,无效 5例 ,显效率72 %。通脑灵治疗脑梗塞有较好疗效。objective:To observe the effect of Tong Nao Ling on brain infarction.Method:32 Cases were given Tong Nao Ling,2 times daily,orally for 1 month,the effect of Tong Nao Ling was observed according to the integrals of nerve function deficiency before and after treatment.Result:7 cases were almost cured,16 cases markedly improved,4 cases improved,5 cases ineffective.The effective rate was 72%.Conclusion:Tong Nao Ling has marked effect on brain infarction.
