补肾活血法对免疫介导型再障小鼠的影响

摘　　要：建立免疫介导型再障小鼠模型 ,胃饲补肾活血中药 ,观察红系和粒系造血祖细胞的变化。结果 :再障模型组小鼠红系造血祖细胞CFU E、BFU E和粒 单系祖细胞CFU GM集落数均较正常对照组显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ,补肾活血中药组CFU E、BFU E和CFU GM集落数均较再障模型组显著升高 (P <0 0 1)。说明补肾活血中药能使再障小鼠受损的骨髓红系和粒单系造血干细胞继续增殖与分化 ,促进造血功能的恢复。Immune-mediated aplastic anemia model was established.Each mouse was treated with Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Formula for observing CFU-E,BFU-E and CFU-GM before and after the treatments.The results showed that GFU-E,BFU-E and CFU-GM counts were significantly lower in AA model group than that in normal group(P<0.01),and CFU-E,BFU-E and CFU-GM counts were significantly higher in Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Formula group than that in AA model group(P<0.01).The conculsion is that Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Formula can recover the hematopoiesis by improving the hyperplasia and differentiation of CFU-E,BFU-E and CFU-GM.
